Assembly 2025 was three days of community and connection to catalyse change. The B Corp community gathered on Darkinjung Country, New South Wales: October 20 — 22 2025.

The What

A Community Gathering

Assembly was a three-day gathering for B Corps to unplug, reconnect, and catalyse real change. Through interactive breakouts, guided conversations, and honest debate, we’ll challenge ourselves as leaders to take tangible action on the issues that matter most.

Rooted in connection and community, the 2025 program centred on three themes: Changing Climate, Shifting Systems, and Cracking Echo Chambers.

Catalysing Change in Nature

We came together at Assembly 2025 to navigate complexity, nuance, and the pressure points of change. Through thought-provoking plenaries, peer-to-peer conversations, and hands-on masterclasses, we’re engaging in the kind of deep, emergent thinking and connection we urgently need in this critical moment for people, planet, and business.

This wasn’t your typical conference—it’s a space for bold ideas, real conversations, and collective action.

The Who

Bringing Us Together

In this space, job titles are not important. Assembly was designed for people from organisations of all shapes and sizes. We welcome the people from any B Corp Certified organisation who:

Can influence change internally
Understands the ins and outs of the business, including what’s slowing down progress
Understands the ‘why’ of their B Corp Certification

One hour north of Sydney in the wilds of Glenworth. This year, we’re submerging ourselves in nature — we’re entering the Valley.
