Glenworth Valley is located at 69 Cooks Road, Peats Ridge NSW, just one hour north of Sydney and 20 minutes from Gosford.
Free on-site parking is available for all attendees. Please follow event signage on arrival and our team will direct you to the Assembly parking area.
If you’re carpooling with fellow B Corps, even better — it’s the most sustainable (and social) way to travel.
Bus Transfers
If you have booked a bus ticket, a bus will run between Sydney Central Station or Sydney Airport and Glenworth Valley on the following schedule:
- Monday 20 October:
- 12:30pm departure from Sydney CBD – Central Station pick up point
- 12:00pm departure from Sydney Airport – pick up point
- Wednesday 22 October: 2:30pm, departing Glenworth Valley
If you have not booked a bus ticket, please let us know as soon as possible and for any changes or questions about your bus booking, please contact us at events@bcorporation.com.au


Public Transport
There is no direct public transport to Glenworth Valley, but you can travel by train to Gosford Station and arrange a taxi or rideshare for the remaining 20-minute journey.
We recommend coordinating with other attendees where possible to share travel.
Planning your trip
For those travelling from outside of New South Wales, we recommend planning your travel into Sydney to arrive before 11am AEDT on Monday, 20 October, and booking your departure from Sydney from 6pm AEDT on Wednesday, 22 October.
On the final day, buses depart to Sydney Central and Sydney Airport. The buses departing site will arrive in time for international departures scheduled from 5.50pm onwards.

If you choose not to stay on site at Glenworth Valley, we recommend you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the first session or activity you plan on joining.

Frequently asked questions
The things that are included in the cost of the Community/Equity ticket:
- Entry to Assembly 2025 at Glenworth Valley, New South Wales.
- Meals and beverages during the event
- All optional activities, including transport on-site
- Access to three days of curated programs
Exclusions:
- Accomodation, which you are able to purchase under ‘Accomodation ticket’.
- Airfare or travel to and from Sydney CBD or Glenworth Valley (there is an optional bus ticket from Sydney CBD which you can purchase)
- All the coffees you’ll have with your new best mates in the months to follow!
Premium Glamping
- To make the most of your Assembly experience, we highly recommend staying on-site in our premium glamping tents. This unique opportunity offers comfort and a deeper connection with nature, making your time with us truly special. All accessibility and comfort needs are able to be catered for.
- There are queen-bed or twin-bed options. You are able to purchase these under the ‘Accomodation ticket’.
BYO Camping
- For those seeking flexibility and greater affordability, bring your own tent and equipment to stay on-site.
Alternative Accommodation
- Whilst nearby hotels or staying with friends in the area are alternative options, please note that this means missing out on the core immersive experience and programming that makes Assembly truly unique.
- If you stay elsewhere or book alternative accommodation nearby, please note that you will need to arrange your own travel into and out of the valley each day.

We have a limit of two tickets per organisation for the first round of ticket sales, however you are able to purchase more in the second round of release. Please note, to get the most out of the event, we recommend attendees:

Assembly is open to any employee, owner, or board member of a B Corp, but to get the most out of the event, we recommend attendees:

We wish the venue was big enough to welcome everyone, but since we are limited in spots, tickets are currently only open to companies who are Certified B Corps or have submitted to become a B Corp and have entered verification. There will be plenty of events for aspiring B Corps in the future, so stay tuned!
