Assembly is a space for deep connection, and that’s often sparked by thoughtful, creative activations, such as the Take What You Need station at Assembly 2024.
This year, we’re exploring new ways to enrich the on-site experience, and we’re currently in the exciting, creative zone, ready to imagine, co-create, and invite you to be part of it.
There are several ways to get involved and support Assembly 2025
Partner with us
In-kind goods and services to the value of minimum $5k to be a partner. This comes with the partner benefit of access to 1 free ticket to Assembly and our CEO lunch on Monday, 20 October in Sydney.
Donate goods
Help shape the Assembly 2025 experience by supporting on-site activations like the Take What You Need station. This year, we’re leaning into nature and focusing more deeply on what attendees truly need.
We’re seeking donations of useful, feel-good items — like snacks, sunscreen, personal care products, stationery, and accessories. Space is limited, so we’ll cap on-site stock, but discount codes for post-event access are also welcome.

Merchandise
We’re partnering with B Corp ASB Merchandise to deliver a limited run of merchandise, which will be available to pre-order. We’re seeking B Corps that have stock they would like to contribute to this partnership. We’re currently working towards developing B Corp-branded caps, tote bags, bum bags, socks, and notebooks, but are open to conversations about other apparel and goods.

Co-working space
We’re setting up a small hub for attendees to log on when needed. We’re seeking a co-working partner to co-fund and help shape the space, with the chance to infuse your B Corp flavour into the space in collaboration with Frank Wild.
Tea tent
Imagine a peaceful spot near the glamping village for morning and evening cuppas. We’re after a B Corp tea partner to co-create and co-fund this calming activation.
Coffee station
Coffee fuels connection. We’re looking for one or two coffee partners to supply beans for the on-site coffee machines, as well as the potential for a pop-up coffee cart in the glamping village for the first morning cup. Open to proposals!
Beverage partners
Thanks to our venue partner Glenworth Valley, we can stock the bars with B Corp beverages. We’re looking for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks partners to keep the good times flowing.
Performance stage
We’re creating a vibrant performance space to spark connection through music and dance, and we’re looking for a partner to co-fund and collaborate with Frank Wild and AV1 to help bring the energy to life.
A B Corp product market
Last year, we featured gin tastings, this year, we’re expanding to include wine, cocktails, mocktails, and food samples. Let’s showcase the best of B Corp products together.
